1. You only need to update your record once -- unless something has changed.
2. Each adult in your family needs to complete the form. Both a husband and wife need to update their records separately.
3. Currently, around 35% of the Springtown Family has updated their records.
4. Why do this? As release of our new church directory approaches, we'd sure love to have your most accurate information included.
